This berry yoghurt smoothie is a simple breakfast blend that tastes fresh, creamy, and lightly sweet. It’s perfect when you want something quick that still feels like a proper meal, and it’s an easy way to use up frozen berries.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
150 g Greek yoghurt or dairy-free yoghurt
200 ml water or milk of choice
1 tablespoon oats (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
4 to 6 ice cubes (optional)
PREPARATION
Prepare the Ingredients: Measure out berries and yoghurt.
Add Liquid First: Pour water or milk into the blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Add berries, yoghurt, oats, sweetener (if using), and ice. Blend until creamy.
Adjust Consistency: Add more liquid if needed, then blend again briefly.
Serve and Enjoy: Pour into a glass or take it with you.
