Chocolate and peanut butter make it rich and satisfying, while still keeping it practical for busy mornings or after a workout. It’s great for thicker blends, and it’s easy to tweak depending on how sweet or chocolatey you like it.
INGREDIENTS
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
250 ml milk of choice
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
4 to 6 ice cubes
PREPARATION
Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the banana and measure out the ingredients.
Start with Liquid: Add milk to the blender first.
Blend the Base: Add banana, protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa, chia, and ice. Blend until smooth.
Check Texture: If thick, add a small splash of milk and blend again briefly.
Serve and Enjoy: Pour and enjoy immediately.
