INGREDIENTS
1 cup cold brewed coffee
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or your preferred sweetener (optional)
1 cup ice cubes
Whipped cream or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)
PREPARATION
Step 1
Start by brewing a cup of coffee using your preferred method. Let it cool down completely or refrigerate it until chilled.
Step 2
In a blender, add the chilled coffee, protein powder, almond milk, almond butter (if using), and honey (if desired). You can adjust the sweetness according to your preference or omit it altogether if you prefer unsweetened.

Blend the ingredients on high speed until well combined and smooth.

Add the ice cubes to the blender and continue blending until the ice is crushed and the shake becomes frothy.

Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness or coffee strength if needed. Add more sweetener or coffee as desired and blend briefly to incorporate.
