ABOUT THE RECIPE
This iced coffee protein shake is a great way to combine your coffee and your protein in one quick blend. It’s smooth, chilled, and perfect for mornings when you want something fast, or afternoons when you need a lift without making a second drink.
INGREDIENTS
150 ml chilled coffee (brewed and cooled)
150 ml milk of choice
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
6 to 8 ice cubes
PREPARATION
Prepare the Ingredients: Make coffee ahead of time and let it cool.
Add Liquid First: Pour coffee and milk into the blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Add protein powder, cocoa (optional), sweetener (optional), and ice. Blend until smooth.
Taste and Adjust: Add more milk for a lighter flavour, then blend briefly.
Serve and Enjoy: Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
