ABOUT THE RECIPE
If you want something light, refreshing, and a little bit holiday-like, this mango coconut shake is the one. It blends into a smooth, chilled drink that’s ideal for warm days, post-gym refreshment, or whenever you fancy a tropical flavour.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
200 ml coconut water
100 ml coconut milk (or milk of choice)
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
4 to 6 ice cubes
PREPARATION
Prepare the Ingredients: Cut mango if using fresh and squeeze the lime.
Add Liquid First: Pour coconut water and coconut milk into the blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Add mango, lime juice, sweetener (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth.
Adjust Consistency: Add a splash more coconut water if needed.
Serve and Enjoy: Pour and enjoy chilled.
