ABOUT THE RECIPE

When you want something quick, creamy, and actually filling, this vanilla oat protein shake is a great go-to. It blends up smooth in minutes and works brilliantly as a simple breakfast, a mid-day boost, or an easy post-workout shake. Oats give it that thicker, more satisfying texture, while vanilla keeps it classic and easy to customise.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 250 ml milk of choice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

PREPARATION

Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the banana and gather all ingredients.


Add the Liquids First: Pour the milk into your blender.


Blend Until Smooth: Add banana, protein powder, oats, cinnamon, and ice. Blend until creamy and smooth.


Adjust Consistency: Add a splash more milk if you prefer it thinner, then blend again for a few seconds.


Serve and Enjoy: Pour into a glass or bottle and enjoy straight away.
