Oats give it that thicker, more satisfying texture, while vanilla keeps it classic and easy to customise.
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana
250 ml milk of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 pinch cinnamon
4 to 6 ice cubes
PREPARATION
Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the banana and gather all ingredients.
Add the Liquids First: Pour the milk into your blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Add banana, protein powder, oats, cinnamon, and ice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
Adjust Consistency: Add a splash more milk if you prefer it thinner, then blend again for a few seconds.
